Got my award ring, looks sharp

So I got an award ring from here, a custom one for my service. I wasn't totally sure what to expect with custom jewelry online, but it turned out really nice. The design process was actually pretty easy; they sent a digital proof which helped a lot to visualize it. It felt a bit slow getting updates at first, but once it shipped, it got here in 4 days. The ring itself is heavy and feels well-made, not cheap at all. It was for a personal milestone, so I'm glad it came out looking good. Would consider them again if I need something similar.

Not really, man. They mostly do volume discounts if you're ordering a bunch. You gotta ask for a quote.

I've never seen a public code. I think their deals are usually tied into the quote for bigger orders, especially for agencies.

They do have military pricing, but you usually have to ask for a quote and mention it. It's not like an automatic code at checkout.

From my experience with a badge order last year, it was about 4-6 weeks after I gave the final OK on the proof. It can vary though.

Yeah, I think it depends on how complex your design is and their current workload. Mine took a little longer, like 8 weeks, but it was a pretty intricate custom piece.

How do these compare to like, The Pocket Badge? Are SymbolArts badges way better quality or pretty similar?

SymbolArts are definitely more on the premium side, jewelry quality stuff. The Pocket Badge is fine but not quite the same level of detail/finish, imo.

I've used both. SymbolArts feels more substantial and the details are sharper. You pay more, but you get more.
